Dave Weiss is the President/Owner of Cornerstone Residential Builders, Inc. We are a family owned homebuilding business with 22 years of experience in the Triangle market. Communications with our clients is our number 1 priority. Cornerstone Residential Builder's holds an unlimited NC General Contractor's License, so no matter how large or small your project is, we are prepared to meet your needs. Dave believes in giving back to the community that has provided business opportunities over the years. He is a long time Rotarian with the Cary Kildaire Rotary Club, is a Foundation Board member of Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, NC and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Boys and Girls Home of North Carolina at Lake Waccamaw, NC. Dave is a graduate of Vanderbilt and Purdue Universities. He is married and has 1 daughter.
